Your account's data lives in another Region, and only our deployment there processes it. Send the request to your Region's API host: api.rhinorelay.com for us-east-2, api.<region>.rhinorelay.com for any other Region. The console's Setup page shows yours. See Regions and limits.

Any authenticated endpoint can return it.
