The template is missing {{ unsubscribe_url }} or {{ footer_address }}, doesn't parse, or is over 380 KB.

What to do

The HTML must contain {{ unsubscribe_url }} and {{ footer_address }} and be valid Liquid, and the HTML and plain text together must stay under 380 KB. See Templates.
